Large acreage tracts can be viewed easily without the use of helicopters, allowing the client to know more about the topography, physical characteristics, and forestation of the property as well as its proximity to surrounding properties, lakes, and power lines. For rural properties where there are numerous structures such as stables, ponds, workshops, guest houses, etc., the use of unmanned aerial vehicles is the most efficient method for inspection. Where there are farm animals such as large bulls, a drone is a safer way to inspect the property and also to provide an animal count. |
